Ranks 4-13: Fence: Gain a + 2 on Appraise rolls for assessing the value of treasure or other valuable objects
Ranks 14-19: Streetwise: You may make a flat Gather Information check (DC 20) to learn about a major deal of goods or cash worth at least 2,000 GP going down within 1 month somewhere in the city.
Ranks 20-24: What Seems to be the Problem, Officer?: You get a + 2 on Bluff checks with authority figures. In addition, once per month, a group of Jakes citizens will manufacture an alibi for you and swear that you were somewhere else during an inconvenient situation.
Ranks 25+: Accidents Happen: Once every three months, you can put out a hit on someone who you’ve determined deserves to die for what they’ve done to you or the Jakes. For the three months following putting the word out, that NPC has a 10% every week of being assassinated successfully. Chances are much lower for especially prominent figures (Bailiffs, Monarchs, Guildmasters of Major Guilds, etc.). The death will look like an accident, but whoever pulls it off will probably want some kind of compensation.
